The kitchen is on the tinier side, only 10’4 x 9’8″. At one point, according to Aunt Sheila who grew up here with my husband’s dad and uncle, this room use to be two. The bathroom was on the left and the scullery was on the right.
She’ll need the tiles knocked down, a new floor (stained plywood…kind of wabi sabi meets scandi…in the ghetto) and new cabinetry. The built in cabinet to the right here will be taken out. The Living Room is behind you.
